I am comparing the significant features of both these strollers below to declare a winner, in my opinion.
Pram
The Bugaboo Lynx doesn’t come with complete pram fabric. You will have to purchase it separately for around $300 if you want to use this stroller for your newborn baby.
But, the Fox 2 includes this fabric, which is what all the cost difference comes down to. In my opinion, Fox 2 takes the score over here because it has more functionality at a reasonable price, something you will have to spend additional money on if you purchase Lynx.
Wheels
The wheels on both these strollers are made out of high-quality material. However, the Fox 2 does feature puncture-proof wheels which is all a parent can ask for.
On top, the wheels on Lynx only feature a suspension system at the front tires, whereas on Fox 2, a solid suspension system has been integrated on all four wheels to ensure a smoother ride for your child. So, as you can see for yourself, the Bugaboo Fox 2 is a clear winner here.

Although Fox 2 is quite pricey, I still think, in my opinion, it is the ultimate winner. The Fact that Lynx doesn’t come with complete pram fabric like Fox 2 does is reason enough for me to put my money on the latter. When I am buying a stroller for my child, my ultimate goal is to ensure that my kid can use it from the day they were born. Lynx Stroller isn’t something that I can use from the get-go, which is why I find the $300 between both these prams, not worthy enough.
Moreover, the Fox 2 also feels very comfortable and compatible with different car seats, which is why I should go for it. Despite their resemblance, I think what matters more is how the stroller functions, and without a doubt, the Fox 2 works better.
